BIOFILMOGRAFÍA DIRECTOR

ESPAÑOL

Director y guionista nacido en Barcelona, diplomado en Radiodifusión en MK3 Escuela Superior, formación exclusiva de profesionales del Sonido, Imagen, Comunicación Audiovisual y Doblaje (Barcelona), y titulado en Dirección Cinematográfica en Quincedeoctubre Academia de Cine (Barcelona) en 2003.
Primeros cortometrajes realizados en el centro de estudios “Sombras” y “Celos” premiados por la propia Quincedeoctubre a los mejores trabajos en Montaje y favorito del público.

Siempre al margen de los convencionalismos de la industria y lo supuestamente underground, ha realizando trabajos de videoclips como el tema “Traigo Ballantines”, de Kaseven, en la dirección, el guión, la producción y la postproducción 2006.
También ha realizando cortometrajes como “Normas de higiene”, “Melón con Jamón” y “Melón con Jamón 2”, títulos que presentó por primera vez a la 8ª edición de Notodofilmfest, haciendo parodia irreverente con los cortos entrelazados entre sí a modo de spot cutre televisivo.

Siempre viviendo al límite de lo establecido, buscando siempre nuevas experiencias en el ámbito cinematográfico y rodajes de todo tipo y en cualquier posición jerárquica, ha aprendido con diversos realizadores como Sergi Vizcaino, Manuel Huerga o Miguel Angel Caro, entre otros.

Empezó a realizar videos promocionales por encargo, introduciéndose en el mundo de las MMA o peleas de valetudo; producto de ello fue el primero de varios trabajos para los eventos más reconocidos del panorama nacional de lucha en España, “Almogàvers”, “Hombres de Honor” y “Fight4Life”, durante 2008 y 2009.
En 2010-2012 realizó varios videoclips y trabajos en los que prefirió usar pseudónimo por motivos personales, exceptuando el trabajo “El año de los coches rotos” para el grupo “La Otra Historia”.

Finalmente decidió crear un pequeño cortometraje al que llamó “I Have a Story” y que fue finalista en Notodofilmfest y en Kurtz-Arenas Festival.
En 2013 sigue realizando pequeños trabajos y colaboraciones en diversos videoclips, cortometrajes y proyectos diversos, y actualmente está trabajando en una idea de serie documental sobre un club de moteros, conocido como Diablos MC (mundo biker), y a la vez preparando un par de proyectos de publicidad bastante grandes y algún cortometraje, que podría dar paso a un largometraje con realización y estilo propios.

Director and scriptwriter, Albert Lagos Muñumel, born in Barcelona, qualified in broadcasting at MK3 High school of Sound, Image, Audio-visual Communication and Dubbing (Barcelona), and licensed in Cinematographic Direction at Quincedeoctubre Academia of Cinema (Barcelona) in 2003.

The first shorts, “Shades” and “Jealousy”, were shot at the academy and judged by the Quincedeoctubre Academia to the best shorts at the Assembly, as well as being the public’s favorites. Different, and fresher, than the classical, or the supposedly underground directors, he was always active, making videos, such as “I bring Ballantines”, by Kaseven, where he worked with the director on the script, the production and the postproduction in 2006.

The shorts “Norms of hygiene”, “Melon with Ham” and “Melon with Ham 2” were presented for the first time at the 8th edition of Notodofilmfest. They were an irreverent parody, with the shorts interlaced between themselves to look like a cheap TV spot.

At the edge of the establishment, always looking for new experiences in cinematographic ambience, shootings of all kinds and in any hierarchic position, he has learned from diverse producers such as Sergi Vizcaino, Manuel Huerga or Miguel Angel Caro among others.

He started realizing promotional videos on order, getting into the world of the MMA or of “valetudo (anything goes)” fights which produced several videos of the most recognized events in Spain. “Almogàvers”, “Honor’s Men” and “Fight4Life” appeared during 2008 and 2009.

In 2010-2012 he realized several videos and works in which he preferred using a pseudonim for personal reasons. He also worked on “El año de los coches rotos” for the group “La Otra Historia” and made a short called “I have a story” that was a finalist in the Notodofilmfest and the Kurtz-Arenas festival.

In 2013 he is working on various projects and collaborations including various videos, shorts and some diverse projects. One is an idea of a documentary series on a club of bikers, known as Devils MC (world biker), he is also preparing a pair of sizable publicity projects and a few shorts, one of which might develop into a full-length film with it’s own production and a very personal style.
