SINOPSIS / SYNOPSIS

ESPAÑOL

Vera vuelve a casa. Al lugar que la vio nacer. Al lugar donde pasó gran parte de su infancia. Y el lugar que la vio irse. Vera se reencuentra con la raíces de su memoria, pero las cosas no son como ellas las recordaba.

Vera comes back home. To the place where she was born. To the place where she spend her childhood. And the place that he saw her go away. Vera run into the origin of  her memory, but the things are not as she remermbered them.

DIRECTOR

ESPAÑOL

Rafa G. Arroyo es un director, director de fotografía y fotógrafo. Comenzó trabajando como ingeniero de telecomunicaciones hasta que decidió cambiarlo por su pasión y su sueño, que estrabajar en el mundo del cine. Cursó los estudios de Profesional de Fotografía en EFTI, y posteriormente el se decantó por realizar la Diplomatura de Dirección de Fotografía en el Instituto del Cine de Madrid.
Comenzó desarrollando proyectos propios, entre ellos As I Lay Dying (2018) y The Oferring (2019) que fueron publicados en plataformas como Directors Notes y Booooooom TV, y el cortometraje LOST (2018) que fue seleccionado en varios festivales internacionales y nacionales tales como el Festival de Cine Independiente de Elche, el FECICAM'19 o el Utah Film Festival Awards entre otros. Además, ha trabajado en vídeos musicales para Warner Music y Sony Music, entre ellos el videoclip Cambio de Ciclo (2020) del cantante Jacob Mey.
A parte de hacer ficción, ha trabajado en comerciales con diferentes clientes como Acciona, Cash Converter, Netflix y Multiopticas entre otros.

Recientemente ha realizado la dirección de fotografía de su primera serie de 8 capítulos llamada Spain Passion que se estrenará próximamente.

ENGLISH

Rafa G. Arroyo is a director, cinematographer and photographer. He began working as a telecommunications engineer until he decided to change it for his passion and his dream, to work in the world of cinema. He studied Photography Professional at EFTI, and later he decided to study a Degree in Director of Photohraphy at the Madrid Film Institute.

He began developing his own projects, including As I Lay Dying (2018) and The Oferring (2019) that were published on platforms such as Directors Notes and Booooooom TV, and the short film LOST (2018) that was selected in several international and national festivals such as the Elche Independent Film Festival, the FECICAM'19 or the Utah Film Festival Awards, among others. In addition, he has worked on music videos for Warner Music and Sony Music, including the video clip Cambio de Ciclo (2020) by singer Jacob Mey.
Apart from doing fiction, he has worked in commercials with different clients such as Acciona, Cash Converter, Netflix and Multiopticas among others.

He has recently directed the photography of his first 8-part series called Spain Passion, which will be released soon.
