España, años 40. Tras la muerte repentina de su padre, María y Carmen, una joven embarazada, tendrán que enfrentarse a sus rencores y secretos más oscuros. Todo ello, con el cadáver delante.

Spain, 1940's. After the sudden death of their father, Maria and Carmen, a young pregnant woman, will have to face their grudges and darkest secrets. All this, with the corpse in front of them.

Sergio Stendhal es un director, guionista y productor español. Tras pasar más de diez años interpretando en diferentes países, decide dedicarse al mundo detrás de lacámara. Cursa los estudios de cine en Estudio V, y comienza a desarrollar proyectos como director desde 2017. Ha dirigido ficción, publicidad, y vídeos musicales. Acumulaselecciones de proyectos dirigidos y producidos en más de una veintena de festivales nacionales e internacionales, además de contar con el apoyo de la CAM y el ICAA ensu último proyecto como productor, “Una Historia Azul” (2020). Actualmente continúa con sus labores de dirección, guion y producción en múltiples proyectos, mientrascomienza la distribución de “Quitameriendas” (2021), ganador del premio del jurado y a mejor fotografía en Navarra Tierra de Cine.

Sergio Stendhal is a Spanish director, screenwriter and producer. After spending more than ten years acting in different countries, he decides to dedicate himself to the world behind the camera. He attends film studies at Estudio V, and starts developing projects as a director in 2017. He has directed narrative, commercials, and music videos. Heaccumulates selections of projects either directed or produced in more than twenty national and international festivals, in addition to having the support of CAM and ICAAin his latest project as a producer, "Una Historia Azul" (2020). Currently he continues with his work as director, scriptwriter and producer in multiple projects, while he begins the distribution of "Quitameriendas" (2021), winner of the Jury Award and Best Cinematography in Navarra Tierra de Cine.
